Road tax is issued at official JPJ rates via MYEG. Insurance must be in force first, send your plate and we handle both in one go.
How to renew road tax with AMANA
- WhatsApp us your vehicle registration number, or walk into the Klang office.
- We check your insurance. Road tax cannot be issued without valid cover, so if the policy has lapsed we renew that first, comparing across our panel.
- We print the road tax on our own MYEG machine, usually while you wait.
- Collect it in Klang, or ask us to arrange delivery.
Road tax is charged at official JPJ rates. We do not mark it up. What you pay for the disc is what JPJ charges, and our work is in getting the insurance right alongside it.

Can someone collect for me?
Yes, authorise them by WhatsApp and they collect at our Klang office. Or skip the trip entirely and have it delivered.
How long does it take to renew road tax?
Most renewals are printed while you wait, usually within fifteen minutes, provided your insurance is valid and there are no outstanding summonses. Send us your registration number ahead on WhatsApp and it will be ready when you arrive.
Can I renew road tax if my insurance has expired?
Not until the insurance is back in force, because JPJ requires valid cover before road tax can be issued. We can renew the insurance and the road tax together in the same visit, so it is one trip rather than two.
