1. Information we collect

When you request a quotation, submit an enquiry, apply for a role or contact us, we may collect your name, contact details (phone, email), the product you are interested in, and information relevant to that product (for example vehicle registration, postcode, business type, or the answers you provide in our quotation forms). We collect this only when you choose to provide it.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal data to: prepare and provide insurance quotations; arrange, service and renew policies with our panel of licensed insurers; respond to your enquiries; process job applications; and meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. We will contact you using the method you indicate you prefer.

3. Disclosure

To arrange your cover we may share relevant details with the licensed insurer or takaful operator underwriting your policy (for example Liberty, Kurnia, Etiqa, Berjaya Sompo, Takaful Malaysia or AIA), and with service providers who help us operate (such as our secure form and email providers). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage and security

Your data is held only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

5. Your rights
