Common questions
The main contract requires CAR in joint names. What does that mean?
Principal and contractor are both insured parties, standard for Malaysian contracts. We arrange the policy to match the contract conditions exactly, including cross-liability.
Project already started. Too late?
Cover should run from commencement, mid-project placements are possible but underwriters will ask questions. Call us before the piling starts, not after.
Does it cover my workers?
No, workers need workmen's compensation / foreign worker schemes alongside. We quote them together so nothing falls between policies.
